Submit a deletion request

Fill in the form below. Clicking submit will open your email app with a pre-filled message to support@nataris.ai. We verify your identity before processing any request and will respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials (email / phone number)
• Your profile information (name, city)
• Your saved payout details (UPI ID, PAN, or bank information) on your profile
• Your device registrations
• Your job history and earnings records

What is retained

Records of payouts we made to you are kept for 8 years, including who was paid, the amount, the date, and where it was sent (for example your UPI ID or payout email). Nataris is operated by ARKREACH PRIVATE LIMITED in India, so Indian tax law requires us to keep them wherever you live. They are used only for tax and accounting and are not used for anything else after your account is deleted.

Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you are also retained.

Survey and offer partners

If you used surveys or offers in the app, the partner you used (CPX Research, TheoremReach or AdGem) holds its own records under its own privacy policy. It knows you only by your Nataris account ID. You can ask a partner directly to delete them, and we can pass your request on to each partner you used. Details are in section 6 of our privacy policy.

Partial data deletion

If you would like to delete specific data without closing your account (for example, removing your payout details or device history), select the relevant option above or email support@nataris.ai with details of what you would like removed.
