Submit a deletion request

Fill in the form below. Clicking submit will open your email app with a pre-filled message to support@nataris.ai. We verify your identity before processing any request and will respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account credentials (email / phone number)
• Your profile information (name, city)
• Your payout details (UPI ID, PAN, or bank information)
• Your device registrations
• Your job history and earnings records

What is retained

These records are kept for at least 7 years. Nataris is operated by ARKREACH PRIVATE LIMITED in India, so Indian tax law requires us to keep them wherever you live. They are anonymised after account deletion and are not linked to your identity.

Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you are also retained.

Partial data deletion

If you would like to delete specific data without closing your account (for example, removing your payout details or device history), select the relevant option above or email support@nataris.ai with details of what you would like removed.
