Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This policy explains when money moves back to you on Nataris. It covers two different groups of people: developers, who add credit to spend on AI inference, and providers, who earn money by running AI jobs on their phones. The rules are different for each, so read the section that applies to you.

Nataris is operated by ARKREACH PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN: 09AAZCA6362K1ZT).

1. For developers — API credit

Adding credit

Credit is added to your account as soon as your payment succeeds. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and nothing to cancel — you add credit when you want to, and it is spent as you make API calls.

Unused credit

Credit you have added is not refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service. It stays on your account for you to spend on inference.

Promotional credit — including the free credit given at sign-up — has no cash value.

Credit already spent

Inference is delivered the moment a job completes, so completed jobs are not refundable as a matter of course. We will, however, credit your account back in full where:

  • a job was charged but returned no output, or returned an error from our side;
  • a job was charged more than once for the same request;
  • the amount charged does not match our own usage records;
  • a charge was made on your account by someone else without your authorisation.

A failed job is normally not charged at all. If you believe you were charged for one, tell us and we will check our records and credit you back if we agree. Your usage dashboard shows every job and every charge, so you can check before you write.

2. For providers — earnings and withdrawals

Failed withdrawals

If a withdrawal fails — a wrong UPI ID, a bank rejection, a problem at the payment processor — the full amount is returned to your Nataris balance, including any fee that had been deducted. Nothing is lost. Fix the detail that caused the failure and request the withdrawal again.

Cancelling a withdrawal

A withdrawal can be cancelled while it is still pending. Once it has been sent to the payment processor it cannot be recalled, in the same way a completed UPI transfer cannot be recalled. Gift card and payout-link rewards cannot be cancelled or reversed once the link has been issued to you.

Fees

Every fee is shown to you before you confirm a withdrawal. Where a fee has been charged on a withdrawal that then failed, the fee comes back with the money.

Survey earnings

Earnings from optional third-party surveys are held as pending until the survey provider confirms them. If the survey provider reverses a completion — for example where their checks find the response was not genuine — the pending amount is removed before it becomes withdrawable. Money that has already cleared into your withdrawable balance is not taken back.

3. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app, or from the account deletion page. Withdraw any balance you are owed before you delete the account. Once the account is deleted we cannot recover a balance attached to it.

4. How long a refund takes

We answer every refund request, and we will tell you either way. Where we agree to a refund, the money takes a further few business days to reach you after we send it, depending on your bank or card issuer — that stretch is outside our control.

Refunds are always made to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person.

5. How to ask

Email support@nataris.ai from the address on your account, and include the job ID, payout ID or payment reference where you have one. That is the fastest route — it goes straight to the people who can look at your records.

If you are not satisfied with the answer you get, reply to say so and ask for the complaint to be escalated, and it will be looked at again.
